This Cookie Policy explains how KereX Technologies L.L.C-FZ (“KereX”, “we”, “us” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on the KereX website.
It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
1. What Cookies and Similar Technologies Are
Cookies are small text files stored on a browser or device when a website is visited.
KereX may also use similar technologies, including:

• session storage;
• scripts and tags;
• server and security logs;
• browser and device identifiers;
• consent preference records; and
• IP-derived approximate location and network information.
Cookies may be first-party or third-party, session-based or persistent.
Server logs and technical request records are not browser cookies, but they may process similar technical information for website operation, security and performance.
2. How We Use These Technologies
KereX may use cookies and similar technologies to:
• deliver and secure the website;
• protect forms against automated abuse;
• manage traffic and security challenges;
• maintain technical sessions;
• remember cookie and website preferences;

KereX does not use cookies to provide banking or regulated payment services.
KereX does not currently use advertising or behavioural targeting cookies on the public website.
3. Categories of Technologies
Strictly Necessary Technologies
These technologies support website security, traffic management, bot prevention, form operation, technical sessions and consent preference storage.
They may operate without optional consent where they are necessary to provide or protect the website.
Analytics and Performance Technologies
These technologies help KereX understand visitor numbers, traffic sources, pages viewed, navigation patterns, website performance and failed interactions.
Google Analytics should remain disabled until the visitor has accepted analytics cookies.
Functional Technologies
Functional technologies may remember language, region, display preferences, cookie choices and other website settings.
Where they are not strictly necessary, they will be activated according to the visitor’s preferences.
Advertising Technologies
KereX does not currently use advertising or behavioural profiling cookies on the public website.
If this changes, the Policy and cookie preference interface will be updated before those technologies are activated.
4. Technologies We Use
KereX currently uses Cloudflare for website security and traffic protection, Google Analytics 4 for website analytics, and Google Maps for the embedded map displayed on the Contact page.

Cloudflare cookies may vary depending on the security, bot-management and challenge features enabled for the website. These technologies are used for website protection and are not used for advertising.

Google Analytics cookies are non-essential and should remain disabled until the visitor has accepted analytics cookies through the cookie preference interface.
Third-Party Embedded Services

5. Consent and Cookie Preferences
Strictly necessary technologies may operate without optional consent where they are required to provide, protect or secure the website.
Google Analytics and other non-essential analytics technologies should remain disabled until the visitor has accepted analytics cookies.
When a working cookie preference interface is available, visitors will be able to:
• accept optional cookies;
• reject non-essential cookies;
• select available cookie categories; and
• change or withdraw their choice later.
Rejecting optional cookies should not prevent access to the main public content of the website.
Until a working cookie preference interface is available, KereX should keep non-essential analytics storage disabled.
6. Browser and Device Controls
Most browsers allow visitors to view, block or delete cookies through their privacy or security settings.
Blocking all cookies may affect website functionality, including forms, security controls, preference storage and embedded content.
Browser controls apply separately to each browser and device.
Deleting cookies may also delete saved preferences and cause the cookie notice to be displayed again.
KereX does not currently treat a browser Do Not Track signal as a replacement for an explicit cookie preference because there is no single consistently implemented technical standard.
7. Cookie Duration and Data Retention
Session cookies normally expire when the browser session ends.
Persistent cookies remain for a defined period or until they are removed through browser or consent settings.
The duration of a cookie depends on its purpose, provider, website configuration and browser restrictions.
Current typical durations include:
• Cloudflare __cf_bm: approximately 30 minutes after continuous inactivity;
• Cloudflare cf_clearance: based on the configured security challenge period;
• Google Analytics _ga: up to two years, subject to configuration and browser restrictions;
• Google Analytics _ga_<container-id>: up to two years, subject to configuration and browser restrictions;
• cookie preference record: up to twelve months, if a consent tool is implemented.
KereX retains cookie-related records only for as long as reasonably necessary for website operation, security, consent management, analytics or another disclosed purpose.
Third-party providers determine their own retention periods and may update them independently.
8. Updates and Contact
KereX may update this Cookie Policy when website functions, service providers, technologies or legal requirements change.
The updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
The exact cookie names and durations may vary depending on browser restrictions, device settings, Cloudflare configuration, Google Analytics configuration and future website updates.
