This page explains the role of KereX Technologies L.L.C-FZ and how regulated financial services are delivered through institutions connected to the KereX platform.

1. KereX Role

KereX Technologies L.L.C-FZ is a Dubai-based technology company that develops software and APIs for payment connectivity, routing, transaction status management and reconciliation.

KereX helps banks, payment service providers, fintechs and digital platforms connect to bank transfer rails, QR payment networks and other supported payment methods.

KereX is not a bank, payment institution or other licensed financial institution. KereX does not accept deposits, safeguard customer funds or provide regulated payment services in its own name.

2. Service Partners

Regulated banking and payment services accessed through KereX-connected routes are provided by the relevant authorised bank, payment institution or other regulated service provider.

The institution responsible for a specific route is identified during onboarding, in the applicable commercial proposal or in the relevant service agreement.

Role: Payment Services Provider, Commercial, technology and payment connectivity partner supporting selected payment routes.

Lumier Private Bank is one of the partners supporting selected KereX-connected routes and integrations.

Relationship: Banking infrastructure and payment connectivity partner

Role: Supports selected account, settlement and digital-asset-related services for approved use cases

Availability: Subject to client onboarding, contractual approval, route-specific due diligence and written confirmation

Where regulated services are involved, they are delivered under the permissions and operating terms of the relevant authorised financial institution.

KereX works with multiple banks, payment institutions, PSPs and technology providers. The partners disclosed on this page do not represent an exhaustive list of all institutions connected to the KereX platform.

Partner and route availability varies by client, jurisdiction, currency, service and transaction flow. No service should be considered available until confirmed in writing.

3. Availability and Responsibilities

The availability of a payment route depends on the client, jurisdiction, payment method, transaction flow, partner permissions and successful onboarding.

No route should be considered available until KereX and the relevant service partner have provided written confirmation.

The institution delivering the regulated service remains responsible for the regulatory obligations applicable to that service, including customer onboarding, KYC or KYB, AML controls, sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, safeguarding, settlement and complaints relating to the regulated service.

KereX is responsible for its technology platform and may conduct its own business, technical, information security and risk reviews before enabling access.

Blockchain and stablecoin-related services are available only where permitted by applicable law and supported by appropriately authorised institutions.
